Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Check Your Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached; please note that 'Last Chance' sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  Submit a Return Request

  Head over to our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the provided shipping label or your preferred tracked courier to send the parcel back to our Brisbane warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your store credit within 7-10 business days.
